CITY STREET IMPROVEMENT

The City of Rochester intends to establish a Pre-Qualified Public Works Term Contract (PQBL) for the Department of Environmental Services. The PQBL will be used to procure public works services related to the construction and maintenance of the City’s right-of-way and streetscape infrastructure. This will be a term agreement under which specific projects or task orders will be competitively bid among contractors approved under the applicable PQBL. Projects and task orders will be issued on an as-needed basis to support the operational needs of the City of Rochester. This contingent contract does not guarantee any minimum quantity or dollar amount of work. Nature of Assignments Work will be assigned on a project-specific or task-order basis. Projects may vary in size and complexity and may include routine maintenance, emergency repairs, or planned capital improvements. Certain categories of work may be utilized frequently throughout the term of the agreement, while others may be used intermittently or not at all.
