First Due Structural Fire Helmets & Replacement Parts

The County of Riverside Fire Department is seeking qualified vendors to supply Phenix First Due structural fire helmets in multiple colors (red, white, yellow, black) and a suite of replacement parts and accessories (suspension pads, earflaps, goggle kits, brackets, chin straps). The solicitation is manufacturer‑specific; only Phenix First Due products will be accepted. Vendors must provide all items FOB destination to the County’s Support Services Warehouse in Perris, CA, with delivery appointments made at least 72 hours in advance.
