Description
The Navajo Nation Department of Diné Education is seeking a vendor to design, develop, and implement a comprehensive educational institutional collaboration portal and associated database or cloud solution. The solution must support real‑time collaboration, case management, reporting dashboards, and robust security controls, and may be hosted on‑premise or in a public/private cloud. Vendors must submit four hard‑copy proposals and four sealed cost envelopes by the deadline, include a 6 % Navajo Nation sales tax, and provide required certifications and compliance documentation.
• Provide a portal with profiles, chat, document sharing, task and event tracking, and repositories for School CAPs and SIPs.
• Deliver case‑management/IT‑ticketing capabilities, email‑to‑case conversion, and multi‑type case handling.
• Implement reporting, custom dashboards, and stringent security (encryption, SSO/MFA, RBAC, SOC 2 Type II, disaster‑recovery).
• Offer implementation, training, and support plans; describe typical implementation timeframe (no fixed schedule imposed).
• Submit four hard‑copy proposals plus sealed cost envelopes, include NBOA preference certificate if applicable, and comply with Navajo Nation procurement regulations.
