Term Contract for Harbor Maintenance and Repair Services

The City and Borough of Juneau is seeking proposals from qualified contractors to provide harbor maintenance and repair services. The contract will cover small projects not to exceed $50,000 each. The contractor will be required to provide general electrical construction services, including marine-related projects, installations, and maintenance of security cameras and electronic key card systems. The contract period is from July 1st, 2026, through June 30, 2027, with an option to renew for three additional one-year periods. • The contractor must have at least five years of experience as a licensed general contractor in Alaska and confirmed harbor-related work experience. • The contractor must provide hourly rates for regular working hours and work outside of regular working hours. • The contractor must provide mark-up percentages for materials. • The contractor must maintain certain insurance coverage, including commercial general liability insurance, workers' compensation insurance, and professional liability insurance.
