Description
The City of Fresno is seeking bids for a product requirements contract for traffic street name signs and reflective sheeting. The contract term is for one year, with provisions for four one-year extensions. Bidders must submit their proposals electronically via Planet Bids prior to the bid opening at 3:00 P.M. on November 18, 2025. The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
• The contract includes various types of traffic signs, such as stop signs, yield signs, and traffic control signs.
• The signs must be delivered F.O.B. destination, freight prepaid and allowed.
• The City requires a bid deposit in the amount of $1,000, which can be provided separately with the bid proposal.
• The bid deposit can be in the form of a certified or cashier's check, an irrevocable letter of credit, or a certificate of deposit payable to the City of Fresno.
• The City has an appeal procedure in place for bidders who wish to file an appeal.
