The Texas Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC) is seeking competitive bids to establish contract(s) for as needed window and door maintenance and repair services at Corpus Christi State Supported Living Center. The scope of work includes providing all necessary labor, materials, and equipment to perform maintenance and repair services for windows and doors. The contract will be awarded to the bidder that submits the best value response. • The contract term will be upon award, with the possibility of renewal or extension. • The bidder must submit a comprehensive response that includes all required information and documentation. • The bidder must have the capacity to provide the services described in the IFB. • The bidder must submit a completed and signed HUB Subcontracting Plan (HSP). • The bidder must submit a completed and signed Pricing Sheet. • The bidder must provide any other information that demonstrates their financial capability, financial solvency, and capacity to fulfill the requirements of the IFB.
