Description
The Iowa National Guard is seeking a vendor to provide a brand-new or OEM-certified factory-refurbished X-ray Tube Head Monoblock for a Canon Medical Systems X-ray unit. The selected vendor must perform the installation, calibration, and software synchronization of the new monoblock. The procurement requires an exact-match OEM component sourced exclusively through Canon Medical Systems USA, Inc. or its certified medical distribution network.
• The X-ray Tube Head Monoblock must match the internal hardware engineering and cooling stator specifications designated for serial number DLWD0280.
• The vendor must provide a Canon-certified Field Service Engineer to safely de-energize the imaging system, discharge the high-voltage grid, extract the degraded monoblock, and mount the new assembly to the system frame.
• The vendor must update and calibrate the proprietary Canon system software to recognize the new monoblock serial number, sync the specific filament heating/cooling curves, and clear all baseline communication interlock errors.
• The vendor must coordinate the safe extraction, tracking, and logistics required to return the depleted monoblock core to the manufacturer under the official Canon Core Exchange Program guidelines.
