Davis St. & Pittston Ave Stormwater CCTV

The City of Scranton is seeking bids for a stormwater CCTV inspection project. The project involves inspecting approximately 2,785 linear feet of piping to determine the condition of the existing storm sewer system. The contractor will perform CCTV inspections in accordance with NASSCO's Pipeline Assessment Certification Program (PACP) after cleaning operations have been completed. The scope of work includes locating buried storm manholes and preparing a final map showing all storm sewer lines that were CCTV-inspected. • The project requires the contractor to inspect all storm sewer piping associated with the project area, including all pipes discovered or connected in the field that are reasonably related to the lines shown on the Drawings. • The contractor shall be responsible for locating and marking each buried manhole in the field. • The final map shall be prepared in PDF and CAD format and shall include pipe sizes, materials, direction of flow, manhole locations, and any newly discovered connections or segments. • The intent is to produce a comprehensive field-verified map of the storm infrastructure to aid in the final documentation of existing conditions.
