Description
The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Federal Correctional Institution (FCI) Williamsburg, is seeking a vendor to provide food products for the 3rd quarter of 2026. The solicitation includes a list of specific food items, including kosher meals, snacks, and beverages. The contract type is firm-fixed price, and the government reserves the right to make single or multiple awards. The vendor must comply with the religious diet specifications and provide products that meet the requirements.
• The food items must have a minimum remaining shelf life of at least 90 days from the date of delivery.
• The vendor must deliver the food items to the FCI Williamsburg Warehouse, 8301 U.S. Hwy 521, Salters, SC 29590.
• The vendor must provide a typed company name, phone number, point of contact, and unique entity ID number in section 17a of their offer.
• The vendor must place bids on the attached specification sheet, and all quoted prices shall have a maximum of four decimal points.
