Description
The University of Louisiana at Lafayette is seeking bids for an International Student Sickness & Accident Group Insurance plan. The plan should provide coverage for international students and should be renewable. The successful bidder will be required to provide proof of successful operation in providing insurance coverage at other universities for at least the last five years, evidence of sufficient net worth, and other qualifications. The University reserves the right to award the bid on an all-or-none basis to the lowest responsible and responsive bidder.
• The bid should include the unit price for each item and the total amount for each item based on the quantities listed.
• The bid should be submitted electronically to [email protected].
• The bid should include all applicable taxes in the bid price.
• The University is exempt from all Louisiana state and local sales and use taxes.
