The Ohio Department of Job and Family Services (ODJFS) is seeking a quote for the renewal of ShareGate for Nintex 5 users for a 12-month period. The quote must be provided on company letterhead and include the contact name, business phone number(s), and email address. The vendor must have funding available to fulfill the order in its entirety. The quote must be valid for 60 days from the ODJFS quote request end date. The following are the key requirements: • The quote must be from an MBE (Minority Business Enterprise) vendor. • The quote must be at or lower than the current DAS contract pricing. • The items must be on the DAS contract being referenced. • The vendor must provide their Certified Ohio MBE vendor number and the expiration date of their MBE Certification. • The vendor must include the applicable state contract number in the contract column of the grid.
