Micro Focus (OpenText) Software Licenses and Support Renewal

The Maryland Department of Housing and Community Development is seeking proposals for the renewal of Micro Focus (OpenText) software licenses and associated maintenance and support services. The procurement is limited to commercially available software and manufacturer-provided support services only, and does not include installation, implementation, training, or professional services. The selected vendor must be an authorized reseller of Micro Focus (OpenText) and hold an active contract under the COTS 2012 Master Contract. The scope of work includes providing new and unused software licenses, maintenance, and support services for existing enterprise systems. Key requirements include: • Providing itemized pricing by line item and part number • Including license costs, support, and maintenance • Submitting MSRP documentation • Aligning licensing terms and clearly identifying any prorated or co-termed pricing • Ensuring compatibility with the current production environment • Providing manufacturer-provided maintenance and support for the full contract term
