Seeking Architectural Designers - Commercial Retail Space Design and Build-Out

Welcome to Chinatown Inc. is seeking proposals from designers for the interior build-out of a ground-floor commercial retail space located at 19 Mott Street, New York, NY. The space is intended to support the fit-out of a smaller retail storefront that will enable emerging entrepreneurs to test products and services. At this time, we are only accepting applications from professional engineers and architects licensed in New York State (referred to in this document as “designer”) who, if selected, would be responsible for preparing and certifying final designs and construction documents, as well as supervising construction. The selected designer may coordinate necessary sub-consultants, or work with consultants engaged directly by the client.
