JRP 50+ Activities Center Walkway Rehabilitation

The City of St. Joseph, Missouri is seeking proposals from licensed, qualified mechanical contractors to perform ongoing preventative maintenance for all heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems across all City-owned facilities. The contractor will be required to perform the scope of work as listed in the RFP. The city reserves the right to reject any or all bids. • The contractor must submit a lump sum proposed cost to complete the scope of work. • The contractor must attend a mandatory pre-bid meeting on August 19, 2026. • The contractor must upload all required documents and forms to the "Response Attachments" tab of the bid event. • The contractor must certify that they are not suspended or debarred from participating in the transaction.
