BH-111-263-003 - OCME 125 Gal Replace Gas Water Heater - Baltimore, MD

This project involves the removal and replacement of an existing 125-gallon domestic water heater at the Maryland Department of Health, located at 900 W. Baltimore St, Baltimore, MD 21223. The contractor will be responsible for all field measurements and verification of existing conditions, as well as providing all construction, labor, permits, materials, equipment, services, supplies, rigging, demolition, and testing required for the complete removal and replacement of the existing water heater. The project is classified as "Up to $100,000" and is open to Small Business Reserve vendors only. • The project requires the contractor to submit a price for each line item on the bid form, as well as a bid bond in accordance with the requirements in Section 5 of the Instructions to Bidders. • The contractor must also complete and submit all required attachments, including the Contractor Questionnaire and the Bid/Proposal Affidavit. • The project is subject to the State of Maryland's Minority Business Enterprise requirements, and the contractor must submit the necessary MBE documents in accordance with the requirements in Section 4 of the Instructions to Bidders. • The project is also subject to the State of Maryland's payment terms, which require payments to be made no later than 30 days after the State's receipt of a proper invoice from the contractor.
