Invitation for Construction, Procurment, Installation, Testing and FAA Commissioning Support

This solicitation seeks a qualified contractor to deliver a complete Automated Weather Observing System (AWOS III PT) for Tuba City Airport, including equipment procurement, civil and electrical construction, installation, testing, and FAA commissioning support. The work is funded by Navajo Nation construction funds with FAA‑funded design, and the contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder. • Provide and install the FAA‑approved AWOS III PT hardware (sensors, tower, cabinets, software, etc.). • Perform civil works (foundations, access, fencing) and electrical/communication installations (trenching, conduit, cabling, grounding). • Deliver start‑up, functional testing, FAA commissioning assistance, training, warranty transfer, and full documentation. • Must demonstrate at least three similar AWOS installations, manufacturer authorization, and provide required bonds, insurance, and licensing.
