Rubrik Backup System and Services

The Jackson County Board of Commissioners is seeking a vendor to provide a comprehensive Rubrik Backup System and Services solution. The successful bidder will be required to provide all labor, hardware, software licensing, configuration, migration services, documentation, training, and ongoing support services required for implementation and operation. The solution must include on-premises backup infrastructure, Microsoft 365 data protection, and managed backup system and services. • The vendor must be an authorized Rubrik partner or reseller. • The vendor must demonstrate experience implementing Rubrik solutions in local government environments. • The vendor must provide firm, fixed pricing structured as follows: hardware and license costs, Microsoft 365 GCC tenant licensing costs, implementation and migration services, and annual maintenance and support. • The contract term shall be one year with up to four one-year renewal options.
