Warfighter Acquisition University (WarU) at Fort Belvoir, VA is seeking a contractor to provide comprehensive grounds‑maintenance and snow/ice‑removal services for its campus. The contract is a firm‑fixed‑price, base‑year of 12 months with four optional 12‑month extensions. Services include mowing, trimming, edging, hedge and shrub care, flower‑bed upkeep, leaf/debris removal, core aeration, seeding, fertilizing, rock maintenance, tree trimming/removal, and 24/7 snow‑plow and ice‑melt response. The contractor must supply all labor, equipment, materials, and a Quality‑Control Plan, and must be able to mobilize within two hours of a snow event.
