Description
This solicitation calls for the procurement, delivery, removal of existing equipment, and full installation of industrial laundry equipment at the Gwinnett County Detention Center. The contract includes a 3‑year labor & materials warranty (with 30‑day full coverage) and a 10‑year component warranty, on‑site training for Sheriff’s Office staff, and provision of a local service provider for post‑warranty support. Bidders must meet stringent insurance limits, provide E‑Verify certification, and comply with security protocols of the Sheriff’s Office.
• Supply one Braun industrial washer (model E400NEPV‑3) and three UniMac gas dryers (model UT0170NVN), or approved equivalents meeting capacity and dimension requirements.
• Deliver FOB Destination, install within 90 days of award, remove and dispose of existing units, and coordinate all utility modifications.
• Provide a forklift and any handling equipment; conduct on‑site training; and guarantee 24‑hour factory response and 72‑hour warranty issue resolution.
