Notice of Intent to Sole Source – U.S.-Singapore Small Modular Reactor Reporting Tour

The U.S. Embassy Singapore will award a firm‑fixed‑price sole‑source contract to CRDF Global to design, coordinate, and execute a multi‑location U.S. reporting tour for seven Singaporean journalists and academics focused on small modular reactor (SMR) technology. The contractor must develop the itinerary, secure engagements with government agencies, nuclear industry firms, research institutions, and provide a qualified SMR subject‑matter expert to accompany the delegation.
