Description
The City of Asheville is seeking proposals for pole banner installation services on an on-call basis. The contractor will be responsible for installing, removing, and maintaining City-permitted banners and hardware, ensuring they remain secure and professionally displayed. The contractor will also perform repairs, maintain an electronic map and hardware inventory, complete installations or removals, and provide pole counts within defined areas to the City as requested. Key responsibilities include:
• Installing and removing banners and hardware in accordance with City and Duke Energy policies
• Performing repairs and maintaining an electronic map and hardware inventory
• Completing installations or removals and providing pole counts within defined areas to the City as requested
The City encourages proposal submission and reserves the right to reject any or all proposals.
