HORIZON REFERENCE SYSTEM FOR ARLEIGH BURKE-CLASS GUIDED MISSILE DESTROYERS, CONSTELLATION-CLASS FRIGATES, AND FREEDOM AND INDEPENDENCE-CLASS LITTORAL COMBAT SHIPS

The United States Navy is soliciting proposals for the design, manufacture, and support of a Horizon Reference System (HRS) for various ship classes, including Arleigh Burke-Class Guided Missile Destroyers, Constellation-Class Frigates, and Freedom and Independence-Class Littoral Combat Ships. The contract is anticipated to result in multiple awards of an Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) type contract. The Ordering Period is from the date of contract award through five years after contract award.
