Description
The City of Columbus Public Utilities Department is seeking vendors to establish an Indefinite Quantity Agreement (IQA) for carpet and upholstery cleaning services across multiple utility facilities. Vendors must submit unit rates for both standard (8 a.m.–5 p.m.) and non‑standard hours covering carpet cleaning per square foot, chair and executive‑chair cleaning per item, cubicle wall cleaning per linear foot, and miscellaneous travel/truck charges. The agreement is estimated at $10,000 annually, runs until 30 June 2027, and will be fulfilled via individual purchase orders as needs arise.
• Required unit pricing for 10 line items (standard vs. non‑standard hours).
• Service locations include eight utility sites in Columbus, Lockbourne, and Westerville, OH.
• No minimum purchase guaranteed; orders will be placed “as‑needed” throughout the contract term.
