Description
The City of Gulfport is seeking qualified Energy Service Providers (ESPs) to provide energy conservation equipment and services under an Energy Services Contract. The selected ESP will be required to provide services in accordance with the Mississippi Code and the Mississippi Development Authority—Energy Division’s Policy and Procedures for Energy Service Providers. The contract is expected to be for a long-term period, but the exact duration is not specified. Key services may include energy audits, energy-efficient lighting and HVAC systems, and renewable energy solutions. The City of Gulfport reserves the right to reject any and all qualifications and/or to discontinue agreement execution with any party at any time prior to final agreement execution.
