Description

The National Institutes of Health (NIH) is seeking a contractor to develop a mock-up web-based interface to deliver mathematical model-based estimates for physical activity prescriptions among breast cancer survivors. The contractor will work with the NIMHD lab to develop a user-friendly interface that translates model estimates into personalized exercise recommendations and supporting clinical materials. The work requires expertise in public health, health communication, intervention design, and eHealth interface design. Budget estimate

$200,000 – $1,000,000

The budget for this project is not explicitly stated, but based on the scope of work and the fact that it is a sole-source contract, it is likely to be a moderate-sized contract. The NAICS code 541511 has a size standard of $34 million, but this is not necessarily indicative of the contract value. Considering the project's requirements and the fact that it is a non-competitive contract, a reasonable estimate for the contract value could be between $200,000 and $1 million. Factors that may influence the likely payment range include the complexity of the web interface, the amount of customization required, and the level of expertise needed to complete the project.
