The County of Westmoreland is soliciting proposals from qualified medical‑legal pathology providers to perform full forensic autopsies, related laboratory testing, and expert testimony for the County Coroner’s Office. The contract will be awarded for an initial one‑year term with two optional one‑year extensions, and the successful vendor must supply licensed pathologists, necessary equipment, transportation, and bio‑hazard waste disposal while meeting strict reporting and insurance requirements.
