The Ohio Department of Veterans Services (ODVS) is seeking information from qualified respondents about innovative and effective Emergency Nurse Call Solutions for a long-term care environment at Ohio Veterans Home-Georgetown. The goal is to provide a turnkey solution to replace the existing Zettler based Tyco / Simplex-Grinnell emergency nurse call solution. ODVS is looking for comprehensive and effective solutions to meet the needs of its stakeholders and enhance service delivery.
• The solution must be a reliable hardwired emergency nurse call solution or a hardwired / wireless hybrid solution.
• The solution should include centralized alerting and reporting, audio and visual displays, and technology media.
• Respondents should provide a company overview, solution capabilities, value proposition, and cost structure.
• ODVS may invite respondents to present their solutions and demonstrate how their technologies and services can support and transform the existing emergency nurse call solution.
