The Westbury Union Free School District, acting on behalf of a consortium of 20+ Nassau County school districts, is seeking a qualified contractor to provide comprehensive elevator maintenance services for the 2026‑2027 school year. The contract covers preventive monthly service, load and safety testing, emergency response, parts inventory, and repairs/replacements for all elevators in the participating districts, with 24/7 telephone support and rapid on‑site response times. The award will be a single‑source contract (cooperative bid) that each district will reference on its own purchase order.
