Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs is conducting a market survey to determine interest and capability of potential qualified sources of supply for Veterans Critical Communication Software, Inserter, and Postal Permit. The software must be VA TRM certified, 508 compliant, and integrate with the System inserter. The inserter must be a Quadient DS 700 IQ or equivalent. The contract also includes a postal permit for 38.8 cents per letter.
