Raw Water Main Improvements - Contractor Pre-qualification

The City of Toledo’s Department of Public Utilities – Water Treatment Division is seeking qualified contractors, joint‑ventures, or teaming arrangements to design‑build a new 72‑inch raw water transmission main to replace an aging 78‑inch steel line. The work includes installing over 52,000 ft of spiral‑welded steel pipe, multiple tunnel sections, valve‑vaults, yard piping, and ancillary structures while maintaining uninterrupted service on the existing 60‑inch main.
