Federal Government Relationship Consultant

The University of Massachusetts System is seeking a qualified consultant to provide Federal Government Relations services. The consultant will be responsible for providing services as defined in Attachment G, which includes a detailed scope of work and requirements. The University is looking for a consultant who can demonstrate their capacity to provide high-quality services and meet the needs of the University. The proposal should include a letter of interest, point of contact, firm personnel, key personnel, project team, statement of special qualifications, and firm experience information. The University reserves the right to conduct multi-stage RFX events and to also extend the deadline for supplier responses as it deems appropriate.
