The Owner, Our Lady of the Angels Hospital, Inc., is seeking sealed bids from Louisiana‑state‑licensed General Contractors to construct a new helipad at its Bogalusa campus (409 Plaza Street, Bogalusa, LA 70427). The project will be performed in compliance with Louisiana Public Bid Law and requires a 5 % bid security, performance and payment bonds, and adherence to all licensing and statutory requirements.
