Description
The South Carolina Department of Transportation is seeking a turnkey, self‑propelled pipe‑inspection system capable of inspecting 8‑in. to 36‑in. diameter pipelines. The system must include a motorized cable drum, a hand‑held touch‑screen pendant, a crawler/tractor with dual cameras, integrated sensors (pressure, tilt, temperature), laser measurement capability, and full network connectivity for data capture and firmware updates. Delivery is to be made to the SCDOT District 7 location in Orangeburg, SC, with training and technical support provided shortly after delivery. The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder.
