The selected contractor will be responsible for hiring a part-time Campus Recruiter to staff the Campus Recruitment Office and coordinate campus recruitment activities. The contractor will also be required to provide access to campus resources, including physical office space, online listing, and email marketing. The contractor will be expected to conduct recruitment events, public office hours, and partnership connections to generate leads and applications. The contractor will be required to submit monthly progress reports, mid-year and final reports, and will be evaluated based on performance measurements, including the quality of the approved recruitment plan, overall execution and results, and complete monthly, mid-year, and final reports.
