Continuing Construction Services for Vertical Construction Projects (W-00642)

The Greater Orlando Aviation Authority is seeking qualified contractors to provide continuing construction services for vertical construction projects at the Orlando International Airport and other facilities. The scope of work includes general site construction, design-build, foundation, structural, masonry, electrical, plumbing, mechanical, interior and exterior finishes, and other related work. The contract is limited to projects estimated not to exceed $7.5 million. The Authority intends to select at least three firms to enter into a non-exclusive agreement with negotiated rates for up to a five-year period. • The contract will cover various types of construction projects, including general site construction, design-build, and foundation work. • The contractor will be required to comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and codes, including the Americans with Disabilities Act, International Building Code, and National Electrical Code. • The contractor will be responsible for maintaining a safe and healthy work environment, and for ensuring that all employees are properly trained and equipped to perform their duties. • The contractor will be required to provide proof of insurance and bondability, and to demonstrate their ability to meet the requirements of the contract. • The Authority reserves the right to reject any and all responses, and to award the contract to the most qualified respondent.
