Bldg 30 Project

The project involves renovating the existing locker rooms and additional office space within building 30. The scope of work includes demolition, electrical, plumbing, and relocation of existing doors, as well as the addition of plumbing, electrical, walls, ceiling, base trim, and epoxy flooring in the locker rooms. The project also includes work outside of the locker rooms, such as demo of existing flooring, new epoxy flooring, new break room kitchen cabinets and countertops, wall repair and paint, base trim, lighting replacement, replacement of door hardware, and floor drain repair in an active laboratory. • The project requires compliance with all applicable state and federal laws and regulations and ANG policies and regulations. • The contract duration is 180 calendar days after notice to proceed, including inspection and punch list. • The project is set aside 100% for small business. • The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 236220, with a small business size standard of $45,500,000.00. • The magnitude of construction is between $250,000.00 and $500,000.00.
