Description
The Conf. Tribes Coos/Lower Umpqua/Siuslaw is seeking a coordinator for an early literacy program. The coordinator will be responsible for implementing services for government or tribal agencies, with particular attention paid to proposals from entities with experience in this area. The evaluation criteria for the proposal include clarity of proposal, demonstrated success in similar projects, responsiveness of the proposal to CTCLUSI objectives and scope of work, technical ability and capacity of consultant(s), references and past performance, and total cost of proposal.
• The coordinator will work on early literacy programs, potentially including course development services and teaching and instruction services.
• The coordinator will work with the Conf. Tribes Coos/Lower Umpqua/Siuslaw, and the contract will be for a personal services contract.
• The procurement method is open market, and the bid type is informal.
