Description
The U.S. Consulate General Cape Town is seeking a qualified vendor to provide the reconnection and integration of backup generators at ten official residential properties. The scope of work includes conducting site assessments, reconnecting existing generators to electrical distribution systems, integrating generators with existing solar, battery, and municipal power systems, installing required electrical components, ensuring safe and compliant system operation, and testing and commissioning of all systems. The vendor must have at least five years of experience in electrical installation, generator systems, or similar infrastructure projects, and must demonstrate proven experience with generator integration, electrical distribution systems, and Automatic Transfer Switches (ATS) or equivalent systems.
