Description
The IRS Criminal Investigation Division is seeking a qualified small‑business vendor to provide a 12‑month renewal of Cellebrite digital forensic software, associated licenses, hardware, training, and support on a firm‑fixed‑price basis. The award will be a single‑source, brand‑name set‑aside (100 % small‑business) and will require delivery of subscriptions, on‑premise and cloud solutions, upgrade kits, and training services. All products must be genuine Cellebrite items; substitutes are not acceptable. The contractor must register the software with the DF licensing team, ship hardware to the Woodbridge, VA site, and provide ongoing technical support throughout the performance period. Evaluation will be based on lowest price technically acceptable (LPTA).
