CCRFP FOR EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

The Municipal Excess Liability Joint Insurance Fund (NJMEL) is seeking a qualified firm to serve as Executive Director. The selected firm will provide comprehensive administrative, operational, and strategic management services on behalf of the NJMEL and its affiliated Joint Insurance Funds. The Executive Director will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day fund operations, coordinating with member entities, supporting budgeting and regulatory compliance, managing governance processes, and ensuring efficient and accountable delivery of joint insurance services. • The contract term is 3 years • The proposal must be submitted electronically through the BidNet Direct portal • The Fund reserves the right to award a contract based on the possible inclusion of one or more alternate proposals • The successful proposer must provide proof of insurance, including worker's compensation, general liability, and professional liability insurance • The proposer must comply with the requirements of the New Jersey Affirmative Action Law and the Americans with Disabilities Act
