Description

The US Government Publishing Office is seeking a contractor to print 550 bi-fold brochures for the project "RARE EARTH ELEMENTS ON THE MOON". The brochures will have a trim size of 17 x 11" flat and 8-1/2 x 11" folded, with four-color process printing and a clear non-yellowing satin aqueous coating. The contractor will be required to provide proofs, including digital color content proofs and inkjet proofs, and to deliver the finished products to various locations. The contract will be awarded to the contractor that provides the best value to the government, considering factors such as price, quality, and timeliness. Some key points to consider are: • The contractor must provide a mandatory W-9 form before payment. • The contractor must submit quotes via Quick Quote, and late quotes will not be accepted. • The contractor must provide proofs, including digital color content proofs and inkjet proofs, and must use a proofing RIP that provides an option for high-quality color matching. • The contractor must deliver the finished products to various locations, including the U.S. Geological Survey and other government agencies. • The contractor must provide a certificate of selection (GPO Form 917) and other documentation as required.

$10,000 – $50,000

The budget for this opportunity is likely to be in the range of $10,000 to $50,000, considering the quantity of brochures to be printed and the requirements for printing, coating, and delivery. The factors that may influence the likely payment range include the cost of materials, labor, and overhead, as well as the level of competition and the contractor's pricing strategy.
