Description
The Kansas Department of Transportation is seeking a First Responder Liaison to provide technical assistance to assigned agencies. The selected bidder will be responsible for providing monthly reports, attending conferences, and performing other duties as outlined in the contract. The contract will be for a period of 9 months, with the option to renew for two additional 12-month periods. The bidder must comply with all applicable federal and state laws, including those related to immigration and tax clearance.
• The bidder must provide a cost proposal, including hourly rates, commodities, and travel expenses.
• The bidder must comply with the Kansas Act Against Discrimination and the Americans with Disabilities Act.
• The bidder must provide a certification regarding immigration reform and control.
• The bidder must provide a certification that they are not currently engaged in a boycott of goods or services from Israel.
