Budget estimate

$1,000,000 – $2,000,000

The contract’s construction budget is approximately $20 million. CMAR contracts typically earn a fee ranging from 5 % to 10 % of the total project cost, plus reimbursable expenses. Assuming a 5‑10 % fee, the expected revenue for the CMAR would be between $1 million and $2 million. Additional profit could be affected by the complexity of advanced water‑treatment processes, federal compliance requirements (Davis‑Bacon, Buy‑America), and the need for specialized long‑lead equipment procurement.
