Description
The Alabama ABC Board is seeking lawn maintenance and grounds keeping services for their Central Office. The successful supplier must have the ability to perform work within the State of Alabama, ensure timely service response according to schedule, and hold all applicable Alabama licenses and permits. The supplier must provide a copy of a valid Alabama business license and a copy of Alabama Department of Agriculture & Industries OTPS Commercial Applicator certification and permit/license number. The property location is 2715 Gunter Park Drive W., Montgomery, AL 36109. The contract period is from October 1, 2025, to September 30, 2026.
• Must have the ability to perform work within the State of Alabama
• Must ensure timely service response according to schedule
• Must hold all applicable Alabama licenses and permits
• Must provide a copy of a valid Alabama business license
• Must provide a copy of Alabama Department of Agriculture & Industries OTPS Commercial Applicator certification and permit/license number
• Must possess the necessary equipment, personnel, and experience to perform all required services
