Description
The City of Sacramento is seeking qualified consultants to provide on-call services for various projects related to the City's water, wastewater, storm drain, electric, and Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) infrastructure. The selected consultants will be added to a pre-qualified list and may be utilized by the City for future projects. The City anticipates utilizing consultant services on projects with estimated consultant fees ranging from $1,000 to $250,000 per project. The scope of services includes various categories such as civil and mechanical design, structural design, electrical and instrumentation design, construction management, and environmental engineering.
Some of the key services include:
• Civil and mechanical engineering services
• Structural inspections and assessments
• Electrical and instrumentation design services
• Construction management and resident engineer services
• Environmental engineering and regulatory compliance services
The City is looking for consultants with experience in providing these services, particularly those with expertise in municipal utility systems. The selection process will be based on a qualifications-based selection process, and the City reserves the right to rotate consultants and request multiple proposals from several on-call consultants for the same project.
