The City of Hartford is seeking a qualified contractor to fully renovate the Elizabeth Park Horticultural Garden and construct a new pergola with associated amenities. The scope includes site clearing, grading, earth‑moving, cast‑in‑place concrete foundations, simulated‑wood PVC trim, multiple paving systems (concrete, interlocking, bluestone, granite), installation of park benches, turf establishment, extensive planting of trees, shrubs, and vines, irrigation, and final as‑built documentation.
