UWM Student Union Atrium Placemaking Signage

The University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee is seeking bids for the design, fabrication, and installation of placemaking signage located on the northeast side of the Student Union campus level. The installation must be completed no later than March 28, 2026. The contractor shall furnish all materials, permits, connection hardware, tools, equipment, labor, shipping, installation, and supervision as necessary to complete the project. • The contractor must provide labor, supervision, insurance, mounting and connecting hardware, materials, tools, equipment, lifts, permits, and all other applicable materials and services to perform the installation of the new signs per the specifications. • The contractor must provide signs that meet the specifications of the bid, including type, size, materials, and colors shown on the conceptual design documents. • The contractor must ensure that all installations are concealed, or surface mounted and consistent with or exceeding existing conditions. • The contractor must protect installed products until completion of the project and touch-up, repair, or replace damaged products before service is considered complete.
