Description
The Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, Department of Conservation and Natural Resources, is seeking bids for janitorial services for the cleaning of the Resource Management Center (RMC) and Storage Building (SB) located at 25185 Great Cove Road, McConnellsburg, PA 17233, Fulton County. The contract will commence upon execution of the purchase order or July 1, 2026, whichever is later, and terminate June 30, 2027.
• The contractor will be required to provide janitorial services, including cleaning of the RMC and SB buildings.
• The contractor must be certified as a Small Business through the Department of General Services’ self-certification process.
• A pre-bid conference will be held on May 12, 2026, at 9:00 AM at the District Office, 25185 Great Cove Road, McConnellsburg, PA 17233.
• Bids must be submitted electronically through the Commonwealth's electronic system (SRM) by May 21, 2026, at 10:00 AM.
• The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsible bidder.
