Description
The Genesee Intermediate School District is seeking bids for the replacement of RTU (Roof Top Unit) systems at the Marion Crouse Instructional Center. The project requires a single lump sum proposal for the complete work. Bidders must submit an original and two copies of their bid, along with a sworn and notarized statement disclosing any familial relationship with the Owner or any employee of the bidder and any member of the School Board. The bid must also be accompanied by a certified check, cashiers check, or a satisfactory Surety Bid Bond in an amount not less than five percent of the total bid price.
• The project involves replacing RTU systems at the Marion Crouse Instructional Center.
• Bidders must submit their bids by August 4, 2026, at 2:00 pm.
• A pre-bid meeting will be held on July 23, 2026, at 3:00 pm, which is non-mandatory but highly encouraged.

• The Owner reserves the right to accept and/or reject any and all proposals and to waive any and all informalities and/or irregularities in bid proposals submitted during the bidding process.
