Property Appraisal Services at TSTC

The purpose of this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) is to engage a qualified supplier to provide professional property appraisal services to Texas State Technical College (TSTC). These services will assist TSTC in ensuring insurance coverage accuracy and supporting long-term asset management for buildings and personal property across all TSTC campuses. The selected supplier will be required to perform the contract with its own team and approved subcontractors.
